Iman has over 15 years of professional experience in destination marketing, leading and managing marketing and communication campaigns. She has held senior executive positions in both private companies and prestigious government entities, such as the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, Soudah Development Company, Ministry of Tourism, Royal Commission for AlUla, Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk), and Takamol Holding.

Iman earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University and a master’s degree in the same field from Willamette University in the United States.
